Before you order

Is there a minimum order?

No. There is no minimum order: you can buy one piece or forty. The quantity discount is worked out on the total number of pieces in your cart, in any mix of products, not on how many times you order the same item: 3 pieces are the Streamer Pack at −10%, 10 the Team Pack at −15%, 20 the Pro Team Pack at −20% and 50 the Esports Event Pack at −25%. Two jerseys plus a mousepad already count as 3 pieces, and the discount comes off the whole order.

How long does it take?

Making it takes 2 to 3 weeks, because your piece is built from scratch: we do not pull a ready made blank off a shelf and print on top of it, we start from white fabric and print it, cut it and sew it in Italy after your order comes in. You do not have to take our word for it either, we stream production live on Twitch every week and people have watched their own garment go under the laser. That is the production time, with shipping on top: the cart page works out the estimate for your own order before you pay.

Can I add my team logo and sponsors?

Yes, and they are included in the price. Upload your logo in the 3D configurator, add sponsor blocks, names and numbers, and turn the finished garment around on screen before you order.

How is the design printed?

Sublimation. The colour goes into the fibre instead of sitting on top of it, so the design does not crack, peel or fade in the wash the way a pressed graphic does.

Can each player have a different name and number?

Yes. Different names, numbers and sizes can go in the same order, and you can come back later to add a piece for a new player without starting over.

Where is it made?

In Parma, Italy, in our own workshop. We are not printing on ready made blanks and we do not subcontract: the fabric, the cut and the stitching are ours from start to finish. It is the same workshop you see on our weekly Twitch stream.
